CULT Food Science, a cell-ag investor based in Canada, has announced the release of its latest proprietary ingredient for alternative pet food called Bmeaty, along with its commercialization plans. The company now introduces its third secret ingredient, delivering a savory, umami flavor that appeals to both cats and dogs.

Bmeaty is a blend of yeast extract, hydrolyzed yeast, and carrier yeast, made through fermentation and fractionation process. It contains approximately 40% protein, as well as fiber and B vitamins, aiding digestion, cognitive health, and heart health. Bmeaty is added to CULT’s patented pet food ingredients, joining Bmmune and Bflora.
