PlantPlus Foods, a joint venture between US food processor Archer Daniels Midland and Brazilian beef producer Marfrig Global Foods, has hired Linklaters in São Paulo, New York and Washington, DC to acquire Sol Cuisine, a Canadian manufacturer of plant-based meat alternatives, for 125 million Canadian dollars (US$100 million).
