Global food industry player JBS is showcasing its Friboi and Seara brands at this year’s Anuga trade show in Cologne, Germany. The company  is also spotlighting its innovative and diverse multi-protein portfolio and its value-added and convenience food products, while highlighting Friboi’s new look.

“Current trends show us that customers are opting for sustainably produced, nutritious, convenient and importantly value for money, affordable products,” a representative from JBS tells Food Ingredients First.

“The JBS stand reflects this with a range of pioneering solutions to meet the diverse consumer demand for protein, from traditional taste profiles on offer at Friboi and Seara, to more unique plant-based products to meet all protein preferences. Visitors can also find out more about new product lines across the Incrivel and Vivera plant-based ranges and firm Pilgrim’s favorites.”

New look for Friboi

Friboi, renowned as a leading beef exporter and the world’s highest-selling Brazilian beef brand, unveils a new appearance for its premium line, 1953 Friboi. The company states that it will cater to consumers with discerning palates by using precision technology and adherence to rigorous standards.

“The new look of the 1953 Friboi line consists of select cuts from only the best European breeds, recognized worldwide for their superior taste, tenderness and texture,” JBS explains. “It serves consumers with sophisticated and discerning palates, delivering a rich and delectable product which is ensured by high-quality standard protocols and precision technology.”

“These techniques extract the maximum flavor from each piece, guaranteeing marbling, tenderness and succulence in every bite.”

Seara’s latest chicken innovations

In order to meet consumer demands for flavor, quality and convenience, Seara is set to launch a range of innovative chicken products alongside its classic premium coated chunks, mini filets and filets.

The Seara brand is unveiling a diverse array of chicken offerings. Highlights include the recently introduced Karaage chicken and chicken wings available in plain roasted, hot and spicy and BBQ flavors.

It is also introducing dippers — an innovative breaded chicken finger food format designed for sharing. The company says the products prioritize taste and quick preparation and are all palm oil-free.

“Seara controls the entire product chain, with each product undergoing rigorous quality control measures, so that only the finest cuts make it to market,” JBS underscores. “This allows us to ensure adherence to international quality standards and to deliver products that are consistently high in quality and taste.”
