  • The Good Food Institute (GFI) applauds the opening of UPSIDE Foods’ 53,000 square foot Engineering, Production, and Innovation Center (EPIC) as a significant milestone showcasing the progress of the cultivated meat industry, as well as a reminder of how far the nascent field needs to go if we are to meet global climate goals.
